There are five Homeowner Associations in the City of Arcadia that are recognized by City Council Resolution. For additional information, please click on the appropriate link to access each association's resolution, or contact your association president or Architectural Review Board Chairman. Each Homeowner Association has an Architectural Review Board (ARB) which has architectural design review authority over the association area. Design review approval is required for any exterior improvement or new structure over 2'-0" in height (see exceptions below).
