HISTORIC IMAGES OF ARCADIA NOW ON LIBRARY WEBSITEThe second building to serve as Arcadia Library, from 1930-1961.

The Arcadia Public Library is pleased to have its collection of watercolor paintings of Arcadia available on the Library website.

Janet Sporleder, Director of Library and Museum Services, commented ”while forty-nine of the paintings have been framed and are hanging in various locations in the Library and at Arcadia City Hall, and most are in public areas, this will give the public an opportunity for the first time to easily view all of these wonderful images.  The collection is also searchable which makes looking for particular places or buildings very easy and fun.”

To access the collection, click on this link:  Arcadia History Paintings Collection.  Look at the next section for instructions on how to find items in this collection.
