Bob Harbicht is serving his fourth four-year term on the Arcadia City Council and in April 2009 he completed his third term as Mayor.  Bob has the unique distinction of serving as Mayor of two cities - 37 years ago he was the Mayor of Duarte, the youngest Mayor in that city’s history.

In addition to his service as Mayor, Bob is Chairman of the Lucky Baldwin District of the Boy Scouts of America, past president of the Arcadia Rotary Club, and he is active in a number of civic organizations.
