The Administrative Services Department is responsible for a broad range of activities, including accounting, debt administration, benefits administration, workers' compensation, risk management, recruiting, information technology and purchasing functions for the City. The department is organized into four divisions (Fiscal Services, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Information Technology) that provide essential services for the City Council, Commissions, City Manager, operational departments and the citizens of Arcadia.
