The Human Resources Division strives to provide assistance and guidance in the areas of employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, safety, risk management, workers' compensation and discipline & grievance procedures for the City of Arcadia.

In addition to providing support services to the City, Human Resources staff works to recruit and retain a talented and qualified team of employees. As you embark on your journey to become a City Employee, we realize that you may have some questions along the way.  In order to help clarify the recruitment process, we have prepared a list of some of the most frequently asked questions, along with those answers, which you can access by clicking here

If you are interested in finding out about employee benefits, please click here to view our benefits summaries.

 If our current job openings do not interest you, we suggest you complete a Job Interest Card for that specific City position you are seeking.  After filling the card out on-line, print out the form and mail or drop it off at the Human Resources Office.  Our staff will file these interest cards for a year, and if a recruitment for the position you are interested in opens, we will notify you by mail.
