Mission Statement
The mission of the employees of the Public Works Services Department (PWSD) to provide our residents, merchants and colleagues with high quality maintenance of the City's infrastructure in a cost effective and efficient manner that promotes and protects Arcadia’s high quality of life.
The Publi c Works Services Department is responsible for the care and maintenance of all City owned facilities, equipment and infrastructure. The Department is also responsible for the planning and implementation of numerous projects included in the City's Capital Improvement Program. PWSD is divided into the following divisions:
