Special One-on-One Read Aloud Program - Assisteens Book Buddy Program
Does your child love to hear stories?  If so, this is a fun opportunity for your child to be read to, one-on-one.  The Book Buddy program is specially designed to promote the love of reading to elementary aged children through the help of the Assisteens, an auxiliary of the Assistance League of Arcadia.  These high school volunteers take time out of their busy school schedules to provide a fun and valuable program to the community by choosing special read aloud books from the Jerry Broadwell Children’s room special Read Aloud collection and sharing these stories with your child.   Space is limited in this popular program, so register early.  Parents - please stay in the Library during the program.
